YOU'RE NOT BEHIND.
YOU'RE BUILDING SOMETHING REAL.
Running a business doesn't have to feel like a performance.
Let's make it feel like yours.
You're in the early days of your design business.
Maybe month one, maybe a few years in... still figuring out the parts no one taught you.
Interior designer, decorator, stylist, stager.
And you already know how to make a space beautiful.
That was never the hard part.
The hard part is everything that wraps around it.
Finding the clients in the first place... without a big following or a single testimonial yet.
The inquiry that lands in your inbox, and you're not sure what to write back.
Saying your price out loud without your voice going quiet.
Keeping the whole thing running... without it quietly running you.
None of that means you're not good at this.
It means nobody ever taught you the part that comes after the design.
How to find your clients.
How to talk about your work and your prices.
How to run a calm business that fits your life.
That's the part we build here.
You don't need to hustle harder.
You don't need a bigger following.
You need clear steps, a system to lean on, and the quiet confidence of knowing what to do next.
THIS ISN’T BUSINESS AS USUAL.
Because most design business advice wasn't built for women like you.
It's too loud.
Too focused on followers, hype, and hustle.
Instead of real strategy, practical skills, and calm, confident growth.
I don't teach you how to win at that game.
At Palette & Blueprint, we do things differently:
Simplicity is the strategy
✔️ Understanding builds true independence
✔️ You don't need a big following to book real, local clients
✔️ You don't need to perform to be taken seriously
Everything I teach helps you understand why you're doing what you're doing.
So you can trust your own decisions.
You deserve a business that feels like you.
One that carries you... not one that slowly tears you down.
I’VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE.
And I know how heavy it feels when your dreams start turning into pressure.
I was born a creative person. But I learned early {never said outright, just in the air} that creativity wasn't a serious path.
So I did the serious thing. I went into finance.
And it took me years to admit the truth underneath it.
I'm a creative person. I couldn't keep pretending I wasn't. So I changed direction and built a creative life anyway. Even with the voice that said you can't do that... not as a woman, not if you want it to count. Because somewhere, our culture decided creative work isn't a real business. It's a lifestyle. A passion. Something you do for love, never for a living.
And if you're a woman, you carry two of those stories at once... still quietly valued as less in the market to begin with.
Two things stacked against you before you've even started.
I've felt it my whole life. The women written out of the art history I studied. My own work brushed aside as "just something she does between jobs." A man doing exactly what I did had a studio. I had a phase.
It's a myth, of course. A creative business is a real business. But it's one that's trailed us so long, most people just dress the business up in a borrowed suit and hope it passes as real.
That's the thing I've cared about for twenty years. It's why Palette & Blueprint exists... to end that story.
So you get treated as the professional you already are, from day one.
I'm not teaching you from theory. Over a decade as a creative strategist. Then my own design business.
And here's the unexpected part.
The "serious" path I was sent down is exactly where I learned the thing I teach most.
First as a competitive figure skater. Then in high stakes negotiation rooms.
That staying calm under pressure isn't luck. It isn't a personality you're born with.
It's a skill.
And it's the foundation of everything I hand to you now.
WHAT I HELP YOU BUILD.
Because clarity isn't just comforting... it's what makes your business actually work.
I help new designers, decorators, stylists, and creatives build strong foundations.
Not more posting, guessing, or performing.
I teach the practical parts no one else explains:
✔️ Clear, confident offers
✔️ Pricing that makes sense {and feels good to say out loud}
✔️ Marketing that actually connects, especially locally
✔️ Systems that support your energy, not drain it
✔️Client workflows that make you look and feel like a pro
But what I really teach is clarity.
The kind that turns second-guessing into self-trust.
And structure into freedom.
Because when you understand how your business works, you don't just feel more confident.
You feel in control.
WHY I DO THIS DIFFERENTLY
What if you could take your business seriously... without pretending it's something it isn't?
Your business is a real business. Take it seriously. Real marketing. Proper pricing. Proper systems. I teach all of that, and I teach it properly.
But a creative business isn't a software startup in Silicon Valley.
So bolting on the steel hard models built for some other company doesn't work. It's the square peg in the round hole. Because your product is a person. Your creativity is the thing you sell.
Not your website. Not your marketing.
Those are just the packaging.
The actual product is the most personal part of you.
And that changes how you have to build. It's the part most advice forgets. It drills you on the systems and leaves you alone with the vulnerable bit. The part where your work gets judged, and it stings, because it's personal.
So I hold both.
I call it The Calm Creative Method.
The systems that carry the technical side {the pricing, the emails, knowing what to do and say next}, so your mind never races And the trained calm that carries the artistic side, so one piece of feedback doesn't fold you in half.
Because calm isn't a personality you're born with or not.
It's a skill.
And like anything practiced enough, it becomes the thing you lean on when you're working alone.
Real systems, and a protected human.
That's the balance a creative business actually runs on.
ACCESS THE CLIENT-GETTING KICKSTARTER →YOU'RE NOT TOO LATE. AND YOU'RE NOT TOO EARLY.
